In the many conversations I have had with clients over the years about bridging loans and development finance, I am often asked something along the lines of what is available, or what do you offer.
It’s a reasonable question, you might think. We don’t think you should ask it though.
We think you should TELLING us what you want. On the face of it all borrowers want the same thing, that’s not really the case, though.
Some will want to have a very fast turnaround, while others want flexibility in their arrangements. Some prefer to deal with small companies where you are a big deal to them, others feel more comfortable dealing with a big corporation.
If you just ask what is out there you might miss out on what is really important to you and your business. With so many options available, as this is written, there is no need for that to be the case.
Even if you don’t want to deal with us, make sure that the company you do deal with get what you want and need, not what suits them.
The dust has barely settled on Brexit and depending who you talk to you might think there is trouble ahead or you might think the worst is already over. What we do know is that the market is full of money and lenders.
There is even an argument from some that there are too many lenders. The result is that they are all fighting for your business, so rates and terms can be very good, if you know where to look, of course.

With all the brokers out there why would you talk to us? For one thing we are transparent and will clue you in on all the fees, even the ones some don’t even think to ask about. That’s potentially worth a few thousand on it’s own.
